Finding parking will be difficult this weekend in Miami Beach, as this is considered peak season for spring break travelers.
Parking and open-air spaces south of 23rd Street are not accessible. Visitors can park for $100 in the Sunset Harbour lot, located at the intersection of 19th Street and Bay Road, as well as in the 42nd Street lot, between Royal Palm and Sheridan avenues.
Parking and surface lot closures, along with fixed parking fees, are waived for Miami Beach residents, access card holders, permit holders, and employees working in Miami Beach.
The cost to tow non-resident vehicles in South Beach is $516, double the standard rate, plus an additional $30 processing fee.
Spring Break restrictions add to the already complicated parking situation in Miami Beach.
