Relatives of a Cuban man who landed in Havana on Saturday on a plane from the United States reported him missing a few days ago. According to reports, the man had planned to travel to the province of Holguín, where his relatives live.
Ernesto Pavel Riverón has been missing since the day before, when he arrived at José Martí International Airport in the Cuban capital, from where he was scheduled to travel to Holguín. However, his family has not heard from him since, Liutanay La Rusa wrote in a post on the Facebook group "Revolico Holguín."
“Forgive my boldness, but I urgently need to publish this photo: this person has been missing since yesterday, arriving at Havana airport on a flight, and nothing has been heard since. He was supposed to leave for Holguín, but he hasn't shown any signs of him. His family, especially his daughter, are worried about him,” wrote the woman who claims to be the mother of the missing man's daughter.
In the comments section, the author stated that the individual arrived in the Cuban capital from the U.S., but after speaking with him before boarding the plane, she hadn't heard from him again. "He hasn't called since he left for Havana and arrived at the airport, but that's as far as we know," the desperate woman commented.

He also added that the man's relatives contacted authorities at José Martí International Airport in Havana to find out if the man had arrived, and they told them he had, but they didn't know his whereabouts.
People sent messages urging her to move to the capital's airport, but she responded as follows: "I live in Holguín with her daughter. It's difficult for me; her family is from here, and we're doing everything, but from here... I wish I had help in Havana."
Her daughter's mother asked for help in spreading this information, and if anyone has any answers that could help determine her whereabouts, please call +53 54536857. So far, no additional information has been released on the matter.
Given that there are no public channels on the island for this information to be shared publicly, people have recently been turning to social media to seek help and any recommendations that might help them locate their relatives.
In recent weeks, the disappearance of Doraiky Águila, a 48-year-old woman with memory loss, has sparked concern and agitated residents of Havana. She was last seen on March 15 in the Diez de Octubre municipality, and since then, her loved ones have continued their search for her.
In the middle of this month, loved ones of a 17-year-old boy from Santiago de Cuba, known as Yuniel Fuentes Fernández, reported that he had been missing from the city for three days.
