Cuban reggaeton singer Yomil captures on camera how a "friend" steals from him

Cuban reggaeton singer Yomil Hidalgo Puentes posted a video on his Instagram stories showing a young man he thought was a friend taking an object without asking permission.

The face of the alleged thief was pixelated by Yomil, who added his thoughts on the incident along with the post: “They bite the hand that fed them and that has always cared for them, taking them out of bad ways, opening the doors of my house and giving them work. They fell into shamelessness because of the singao vice. I am not publishing the face because you were like brothers to me,” adding:

"But I do it so they feel ashamed because the whole of Key West knows that there is no better friend than the Javao in this world. They lost the only person who was always going to be there in bad times. That's why I thank life every day for the signs and for cleaning up my surroundings. Several have already left in one go," he said with regret for the betrayal.

Judging by the date that appears in the video, it was a recent event (February 4, 2025).
