According to the plans, the five-story building will have 100 square feet that will be used for comfortable offices for entrepreneurs who love modernity and nature.
The residential part of the building will be located on three levels and will have only 20 majestic units that will have a value of over 2.5 million dollars and will reach up to 8 million dollars. These high-end apartments will be designed for those who want a home with the best of design and comfort coupled with a unique natural environment.
The ground floor, which spans 40 square feet, will be dedicated to shops and restaurants that are part of the lifestyle of the residents of this neighborhood, spaces that will be heavily frequented by visitors, as well as by the building's own residents.
On the top floor, the designers promise to create a restaurant, which is another important part of the building. From there, you can see a large part of the city and the phenomenal views of Biscayne Bay.
