Two Riverside, an upcoming project in Brickell, Miami, aims to redefine the city’s skyline with grandeur unparalleled in the region. The visionary developer envisions a staggering 59-story tower that will grace the majestic Miami River.
According to a spokesperson for the developer, the project is envisioned as an iconic venture that will bring the riverfront to life, with a lively public promenade and vibrant ground-floor retail amenities.
Adjacent to the One Brickell Riverfront site, construction is currently underway in the form of Lofty Brickell. These upcoming structures will rise magnificently to heights of 43 and 44 stories and house an impressive 784 residential units. As development progresses, anticipation for this striking urban project is growing.
Plans for the colossal tower aim to span 59 towering levels and incorporate:
- 169 homes
- A total of 1.090 square feet dedicated to commercial activities
- Lack of additional parking spaces (parking spaces are available at the nearby Lofty Brickell building)
According to the documentation provided, it is stated that certain sections of the upcoming riverwalk will measure slightly more than 10 feet.
NGD Riverfront LLC in Miami recently obtained the coveted endorsement from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for its property. The tower’s authorized height has been determined to be 733 feet above sea level or precisely 731 feet above ground level. This crucial approval was conveyed to the esteemed developer through an official letter in October.
