Cuban presenter Alexander Otaola reacted to the threat of a lawsuit from the Cuban content creator known as the Flower of Cuba.
Otaola, who was accompanied by her lawyers from VPP Law Firm, made it clear that she will not retract her statement after receiving the 14-page retraction letter.
"I have nothing to retract... see you in court," Otaola said, assuring that he would go all the way.
Otaola also said that in his opinion, the lawsuit could have been written outside the U.S. and that he was anxious for the case to reach the sworn statements.
La Flor de Cuba has stated that it will sue Otaola for defamation.
