Recently, a subsidiary of Citadel submitted a pre-application to the competent authorities of Miami-Dade for the construction of a building that will combine multiple uses in the fascinating Brickell area.

According to preliminary reports, the tower will have a significant height, but as of yet there is no concrete data on this element.

The purpose of this advance request for future development is to facilitate the review of the procedures relating to its approval and to discuss the requirements associated with the new presentation.

According to the document in question, the project will consist of a Class A building that will have an office, retail establishments, a restaurant with a wide variety of food and drinks, a parking area and a public terrace and promenade.

The tower will be located 80 feet from the bay and the terrace and promenade are planned to be built in that space.

The project includes an executive parking area that will house 50 spaces.

The first phase of construction work will take place at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, with subsequent phases taking place at the other end of the street at 1221 Brickell Avenue and 1250/60 Brickell Bay Drive.

The architectural work will be carried out by Foster + Partners.
