Miami with increasingly tall skyscrapers plans to add several in 2023

Miami’s skyline is known for its iconic skyscrapers and luxurious high-rises. With the continued growth and development of the city, Miami will witness the construction of several new buildings that are likely to become the tallest landmarks in the area.

Let's take a look at some of the most anticipated skyscrapers that will likely dominate the Miami skyline in 2023:


One Brickell City Centre

This project will become the tallest building in Miami, standing at 1,049 feet tall. It will be the centerpiece of the Brickell City Center project, featuring luxury condos, office spaces, and high-end retail stores. The tower will be 80 stories tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in the United States.

Aston Martin

Another notable addition to the Miami skyline, Aston Martin Residences is set to become the second tallest building in the city. Rising 817 feet, the tower will feature 66 floors, offering residents stunning views of the city and ocean. It will also feature an exclusive Aston Martin showroom, a spa, and a fitness center.

Miami World Tower

This development project will be located in downtown Miami and will be the third tallest building in Miami. The tower will be 830 feet tall and will have 62 floors. The Miami World Tower will include luxury apartments, offices and retail outlets.

Okan Tower is another new addition to the Miami skyline, which will be the fourth tallest building in the city. The tower will stand 890 feet tall and will have 70 floors. The Okan Tower will feature residential apartments, a hotel, and office spaces.

elysée miami

Elysee Miami is a luxury residential tower that will be the fifth tallest building in Miami by 2023. The tower will stand 649 feet tall and have 57 floors. The Elysee Miami will feature luxury apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city and ocean.


Miami’s skyline will witness some iconic new buildings in the coming years, with One Brickell City Center being the most anticipated, standing at an impressive height of 1,049 feet. Aston Martin Residences, Miami World Tower, Okan Tower, and Elysee Miami are other notable additions to Miami’s skyline, further establishing the city’s reputation as a top destination for luxury living and business.
