Florida teen must appear in court after vandalizing car under the influence of alcohol

18-year-old Florida girl thought she was getting revenge on her ex-boyfriend, but actually ended up vandalizing a car that was not his.

According to reports from New York Post y Fox NewsEvelina Fabianski of Deltona, Volusia County, actually vandalized her ex's neighbor's car.

An enraged Fabianski and a 16-year-old friend covered the car with graffiti using yellow paint, including messages such as "Devil," and scattered broken eggs all over the windshield, among other things.

Apparently the young woman wanted revenge because her ex never paid her $700 that she had lent him. However, the black Infiniti against which she unleashed all her anger was owned by Jonathon Edwards, her ex's neighbor.

Fabianski and her friend had no time to flee, and the police found them next to the car covered in the garish yellow paint all over.

"It's crazy. They chose the perfect color to stand out against the black," the victim of the attack said.

In order to drive again, Edwards had to scrape paint off his car's windows with a razor blade, and he'll still have to work harder to restore the vehicle.

"Now everyone is telling me to try WD-40 or graffiti remover, but I don't want to do anything before going to court," he said.

Authorities found containers of yellow paint, an empty bottle of Crown Royal and two open cans of Oven Loko, a drink that can contain up to 14% alcohol, as well as 20 grams of marijuana and a scale that the minor was carrying in her backpack.

The 18-year-old will now face charges of criminal damage, drink driving, possession of alcohol by a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The girls were arrested and released the same day, although both will have to face court for their actions.
