Young Cuban man dies after crashing his car into a tree in Alabama

Early this Friday morning, a tragic traffic accident occurred in Geneva County, Alabama, in which a young Cuban man lost his life. Authorities identified the victim as Camilo Puig González, 21 years old and originally from Las Tunas.

Donnie Adkinson, a specialist in charge of the autopsy of the Cuban's body, said that the young man was driving his vehicle on County Road 45 in Bellwood when he left the road and hit a tree and as a result of the blows he suffered, he instantly lost his life.

The news site WDHN revealed that the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is still gathering information related to the accident to determine the causes that led to this unexpected event that has left a Cuban family in mourning. The news is a hard blow to Camilo's family and friends who on social media have not hesitated to wish him eternal rest.

A little over a week ago, another Cuban also died as a result of a traffic accident in the United States, causing sadness among his closest loved ones. The authorities identified this Cuban as José Ernesto, who was a native of Minas de Matahambre, Pinar del Río.

One of his friends, who calls himself Korache Valdés Bosmenier on Facebook, released the information through a post on the social network. In the description of the post, he explained that José Ernesto was hit by a car that ran a red light when he was going home after leaving work.

“Today the world is in mourning…! I have no words to express this great loss and with tears in my eyes and a broken heart I let the rest of our friends know… Jose, I will always remember you as that great crazy friend, companion and brother… RIP,” wrote the man who considered himself his friend, totally hurt.

In the middle of this month, the young Cuban Rubén Ángel Ramírez Pérez died in another car accident, leaving friends and family in pain due to the terrible loss. The young man's family and friends decided to raise funds to cover the cost of transporting his body to Cuba, where his mother is waiting with the rest of his loved ones to say their last goodbyes.

"Fly high, brother. We will always remember you as the happy person you were. I never thought or imagined I would see you like this, from one day to the next. May your soul rest in peace; I hope you are with your dad in heaven," wrote user Royle Barilleo in a Facebook post where he appears with the deceased in several photographs.
