In mid-October, a new store of the international fashion multinational H&M opened at the Brickell City Centre in Miami. The huge store spanning several floors of the complex will be able to offer its customers highly refined fashion designs at affordable prices, as it usually does in each of its branches around the world.
The store, with its 25 square feet, houses different spaces for customers to enjoy, such as shops, a giant screen where it promotes its clothing and accessories. The facility has undergone a major remodeling, from the finishing of the ceilings, outdoor spaces, as well as a large staircase with landings between levels for customers.
The store is located on Level 2 of the North Block in Suite 281C of the aforementioned shopping complex at 701 South Miami Ave. H&M in Brickell City Centre is part of a local project aimed at developing downtown Miami with the presence of major international and American brands; more than twenty companies are part of this ambitious idea.
“Among the world’s leading retailers, H&M is an ideal and exciting addition to the dynamic shopping experience at Brickell City Centre,” Brickell City Centre developer and Swire Properties senior vice president David Martin said earlier this year.
The Downtown Miami shopping center is gaining more and more followers and customers who come to this part of the city, which is quite busy with people, vehicles, businesses and new ventures that enrich the culture of the area. This allows retail sales to increase considerably, benefiting merchants and businessmen, especially on selected dates when people go out to walk and enjoy the dynamic atmosphere of the City of the Sun.
According to the shopping complex, during Christmas 2023, numerous numbers of people were recorded visiting the place, contributing to a 21.4% increase in pedestrian traffic and a 13% increase in retail sales compared to the same period of the previous year.
