Recently, it was revealed that more than a dozen Cuban employees of a Walmart supermarket, located in Miami, carried out a festive activity in said establishment on the occasion of Thanksgiving in which they showed off the enthusiasm and joy that characterizes those born in the largest of the Antilles. One of the workers, named Raynier, shared a video on his TikTok account (@raycuban21) that recreates the protagonists of the celebration dancing uninhibitedly to the contagious rhythm of the musical theme "Marca Mandarina", performed by two of the most prominent reggaeton singers on the island: Oniel Bebeshito and El Taiger, the latter already deceased.

The released images show the extremely captivating atmosphere created by the group from the Antilles, to which the aforementioned song contributed greatly, which has achieved enormous popularity among fans of Cuban urban music. As expected, there was no shortage of laughter, improvised choreographies and complicity.

This scene undoubtedly reflects the desire of Cubans to have fun and to keep their traditions alive even during their workday. It also highlights the great impact of the Cuban community on the cultural panorama of Miami, a city that has gradually incorporated the idiosyncrasy of this community into its celebrations.

The video has gone viral on social media and many Internet users have praised the positive attitude and party spirit of Cubans. Among the comments made to the post are: โ€œWhere a Cuban falls, boredom ends. When I go out to a party here nobody dances, and when I get naked they just look at meโ€, โ€œBlessings to that work team. I also work at a Walmart, but here everyone is American, nothing to do with it, uffffffffffโ€; โ€œI am so jealous. My colleagues at 1118 would never dance like that. Pure English, happy day to everyoneโ€, โ€œGreat Cuba, it is a pride to be Cubanโ€, โ€œWe Cubans are another level, nobody and nothing will change usโ€ and โ€œI work at a Walmart, everyone is American and there are four Cubans, but I spend my time singing and dancingโ€.

Although Thanksgiving is not a date considered within Cuban traditions, many people from the island who reside in the United States have accepted it, taking advantage of this day to meet and spend quality time with their families, friends and colleagues. An example of this is this group of Cubans who took advantage of this holiday to live an unforgettable experience with music and dance, leaving a mark of their Cubanness in downtown Miami.

@raycuban21 "The only way to do great work is to love what you do" Happy Thanksgiving at work. Happy thanksgiving Walmart 5854!!! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ #foryou #for you #walmart #thanksgiving @Bebeshito @EL TAIGER #forever โ™ฌ original sound โ€“ Raynier
