The Clear Residences building in downtown Miami has been in the planning process since 2022, however, plans for the new tower have recently become public.
The architectural work will have 60 floors and almost 690 feet in height.
It is expected to include 549 residential units, 3,680 square feet of retail space, and a parking area for 157 vehicles spread over five levels, as zoning code allows only 12 spaces at the location.
The property will be specifically located in the center of downtown Miami's Central Business District, bordered by SE 1st Street to the north and SE 2nd Street to the south, with SE 1st Avenue and SE 2nd Avenue to the west and east, respectively.
Its design is by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and KEITH will be responsible for the landscape architecture.
The tower is being developed by Toronto-based Blutrich Holdings, led by Israeli-Canadian real estate investor Gil Blutrich.
The Miami Development Review Board is scheduled to review the project proposal on May 15.
The building will have a prominent impact on the downtown Miami skyline and its faรงade will be made of glass, characterized by the confluence of horizontal and vertical breaks. One of the most striking elements is the crown that will adorn the top of the tower, which will be clad in gold aluminum, bronze aluminum and other gold metallic finishes.
