The building, equivalent to a 7-star hotel, has a helipad for residents and a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay.
At 705 feet tall, it is the third tallest building in Miami with glass elevators that reach the building.
In the building, which will open in 2020, some apartments can already be rented for $25 a month.
