One of Miami's most anticipated events returns this weekend. The annual Calle 8 Festival, the largest Latin music event in the United States, will once again invade Little Havana this Sunday, March 9. Get ready to enjoy a day full of music, dance, culture and entertainment in the city center.
From SW 12 to SW 27 Avenue on Calle Ocho, 15 blocks will become a unique event, where you can delight in live performances, traditional dances, world cuisine, activities and fun for all members of the family.
This iconic event, established in 1978 by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, not only honors Latin American culture and music, but also creates a positive impact on the community. By hosting the festival, the Kiwanis raise funds for the Kiwanis Little Havana Foundation, which provides educational programs and scholarships that help local youth.
There is no cost to attend the celebration and concerts. Join your loved ones for this special experience, available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
