Presidential candidate Donald Trump is considering granting green cards to foreigners who graduate from US universities

Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump's ambitions, in addition to being directed at the immigration issue, are aimed at supporting those who study in the northern nation and then have to return to their countries of origin because they do not have residency.

One of the goals of the former US president, which he is campaigning for in his presidential campaign, is to automatically grant green cards to those who graduate from the country's universities as an incentive for them to be able to work in the country. The multimillionaire magnate made this clear in an interview with venture capitalists at technology investors called "All-In" on Wednesday.

In the exchange, he mentioned that from his first day in office he will work on this process that will undoubtedly pave the way for these people to apply for citizenship in the future, provided they meet the requirements required for it.

โ€œWhat I want to do and what I will do is that you graduate from a university, and I think you should automatically get, as part of your diploma, a green card so you can stay in this country. And that also includes junior colleges, anyone graduates from a university. You go there for two or four years,โ€ said the second-term challenger to Democrat Joe Biden.

The fact that thousands of people can now count on the Green Card is a development of the immigration system of the American giant. In Trump's opinion, the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic a few years ago while he governed the most powerful country on the planet did not allow him to trigger these measures.

He told the participants at the meeting that he knows of people who graduated from American universities and had to return to their countries against their will because they did not have a visa to stay in the country. Among them are young people from countries such as China and India who later become high-level businessmen and multimillionaires.

Donald Trump's campaign press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, later explained to the former president that he has an anti-communist plan and against Islamists who worship Hamas and the US.

โ€œPresident Trump has outlined the most aggressive vetting process in American history, to exclude all communists, radical Islamists, Hamas supporters, America-haters and public charges,โ€ Karoline said.

He also argued that when that process is complete, they would keep the best graduates who can contribute the most to the United States. He believes that only after that vetting has been done should we keep the most qualified graduates who can make significant contributions to the United States. This would only apply to the most thoroughly vetted college graduates who would never undermine American wages or workers,โ€ the press secretary concluded.
